Anne Vandorpe, Associate
Anne developed her own Belgium-based consultancy, YellowChange, to address the role of human behaviour in organisational performance. A key focus of her work is supporting executive-level management to develop and deliver ambitious strategies for personal and organisational change. Anne has experience with initiatives that capitalise on economies of scale, skill and scope, and far-reaching performance transformations. To ensure these efforts create sustained improvements, Anne assists her clients to shape and implement extensive capability-building programmes.
Anne’s earlier corporate career was spent in the FMCG and media sectors at Unilever and Sanoma, one of the leading media and learning companies in Europe. As a senior member of the International Learning & Development Team at Sanoma, Anne’s responsibilities were diverse and included developing a leadership programme and individual coaching, designing a management development programme, performance management and succession planning for the top 80 staff in the Netherlands and Finland, as well as the design, development and roll-out of a resilience training programme for the Belgian leadership team.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English, Anne holds a master's degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD and a master's degree, awarded with distinction, in Commercial Engineering from the Solvay Business School. She is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner and a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials.
